Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. At Paneless Home Services, we believe our customer is top priority. If we reserved our schedule for you, we will turn others away. In order to keep our crews busy and have time to schedule new services if you need to cancel we require at least 72 hours notice in advance of your scheduled date. All services $250.00 and below will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee. All Services $250.00 and above will incur a 10% fee of total scheduled services if not cancelled at least 72 hours prior to your cleaning date.

Q. Will my carpets be wet after cleaning?

A. We do use a steam cleaning extraction method (which is the only real way to clean carpets) and it will leave your carpets damp, not wet. With our unique process the floors are most often dry before we leave. We have invested in the best equipment on the market to solve issues like these. We will be happy to detail our process in a private consultation. In addition, we also have industrial grade fans to place in your home to speed things up.

If you decide to use Scothgard (which is a wise decision to protect your carpets from stains) it may take a few hours to dry and depends greatly on the tempature and humidity of your home. You will want to avoid walking on it as much as possible. We recommend reapplying scotchgard after every two or three cleanings, or once a year.

Q. How many technicians will be on the premises while cleaning my home?

A. Paneless has a standard policy to have a two man crew on site. However, if you are scheduling more than one service and need the job done quickly, we have the ability to have several crews on site to meet your deadline.

Q. If I'm having my tile & grout or marble sealed, how long do I need to stay off the floor?

A. Based on our experience, plan on not walking on freshly sealed grout for one hour. Taking careful steps to make sure you stay on the tile is OK. Marble sealing, or anyother natural stone that is sealed will need a full 24 hours to cure.

Q. Do you service my area? Will you travel for our secondary home?

A. Paneless Home Services serves the entire Dallas metroplex and Mid Cities area including the cities of Addison, Allen, Colleyville, Coppell, Carrollton, Dallas, Fairview, Farmers Branch, Flower Mound, Forney, Frisco, Garland, Grapevine, Highland Park, Irving, McKinney, Mesquite, Plano, Prosper, Richardson, Rockwall, Rowlett, Southlake, Sunnyvale, University Park, Westlake and more.

We do travel outside our service area with a trip charge to cover fuel and travel time based on the scope of work and location. This is sometimes not available during our peak seasons.
